Roasted Chicken with Lemon and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 lemons, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Indirect roasting

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
  2. Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic, herbs, and pepper.
  3. Stuff with lemon quarters.
  4. Roast for 75-90 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
