- 1 whole chicken
- 2 lemons, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Indirect roasting
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic, herbs, and pepper.
- Stuff with lemon quarters.
- Roast for 75-90 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
