- 1 pre-made flatbread
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 400°F/204°C.
- Brush flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Top with shredded chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
