Roasted Chicken Flatbread

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

Method: Indirect baking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Brush flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  3. Top with shredded chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and red onion.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
