Ingredients
- 2 whole chickens, cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Preheat the EGG to 375°F/190°C for indirect cooking.
- Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, and onion powder.
- Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes in the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 30-40 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C.
