Prosciutto, Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 4 slices prosciutto, torn into pieces
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Method: Indirect baking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and place on a preheated pizza stone.
  3. Spread fig jam over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle goat cheese and prosciutto on top.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.
  6. Remove from the EGG and top with arugula and balsamic glaze.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
