Ingredients
- 1 prepared pizza dough
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 4 slices prosciutto, torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place on a preheated pizza stone.
- Spread fig jam over the dough.
- Sprinkle goat cheese and prosciutto on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.
- Remove from the EGG and top with arugula and balsamic glaze.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
