- 2 porterhouse pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup pork cracklings, crushed
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
- Rub pork chops with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 145°F/63°C.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Top with crushed pork cracklings before serving.
