Porterhouse Pork Chops with Pork Cracklings

Ingredients

  • 2 porterhouse pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pork cracklings, crushed

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Rub pork chops with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 145°F/63°C.
  4. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Top with crushed pork cracklings before serving.
