- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Method: Indirect roasting
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Mix honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush pork tenderloin with glaze and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, basting occasionally, until internal temp reaches 145°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
