Pork Crown Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 pork crown roast (10-12 ribs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary

Instructions

Method: Indirect roasting

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
  2. Rub pork with olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, and rosemary.
  3. Roast for 2-2.5 hours until internal temp reaches 145°F/63°C.
  4. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
