- 1 pork crown roast (10-12 ribs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
Instructions
Method: Indirect roasting
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
- Rub pork with olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, and rosemary.
- Roast for 2-2.5 hours until internal temp reaches 145°F/63°C.
- Rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
