Polynesian Duck Kabobs

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Skewers for grilling

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Add cubed duck breast to the marinade and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and thread the duck cubes, red bell pepper, and green onions onto the skewers.
  4. Grill the kabobs for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the duck is cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
