- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 3/4 cup milk

Method: Baking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut the cold butter into small pieces and work it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add milk to form a dough.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead for a few turns.
- Roll out to about 1-inch thickness and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
