Oyster Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 12 fresh oysters, shucked
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Stovetop

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
  3. Add oysters, white wine, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Toss with spaghetti, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
