Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 12 fresh oysters, shucked
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Stovetop
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add oysters, white wine, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Toss with spaghetti, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
