NY Strip Steaks

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 NY Strip Steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 500°F/260°C.
  2. Rub steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
