Melissa's Mexican Corn on the Cobb

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn, husked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Grill corn for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Brush with mayonnaise, then sprinkle with cheese, chili powder, lime juice, and cilantro.
  4. Serve hot.
