Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct grilling at 450°F/232°C.
- Marinate lamb chops in olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper for 2 hours.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve with warm marinara sauce on top.
