  • 2 lamb chops

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling and making sauce

  1. Grill lamb chops for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  2. In a bowl, combine mint, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to make mint sauce.
  3. Serve lamb with mint sauce drizzled on top.
