- 8 lamb lollipop chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct grilling at 450°F/232°C.
- Rub lamb chops with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
