  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. In a bowl, combine the jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, scallions, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken wings with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the wings for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden and crispy.
  4. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
