Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook the turkey patties for 5-6 minutes per side.
  4. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
