- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice
- 4 pineapple rings
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce and sliced onion for garnish
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Preheat the EGG to 400°F/204°C for direct cooking.
- Mix beef, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and pineapple juice.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Grill patties and pineapple rings for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve on toasted buns with lettuce and onion.
