Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 4 pineapple rings
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce and sliced onion for garnish

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Preheat the EGG to 400°F/204°C for direct cooking.
  2. Mix beef, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and pineapple juice.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Grill patties and pineapple rings for 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Serve on toasted buns with lettuce and onion.
