Ingredients

  • 4 slices ciabatta bread
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Method: Griddle cooking

  1. Spread Dijon mustard on bread.
  2. Layer ham and Swiss cheese.
  3. Butter outside of bread.
  4. Set the EGG with a griddle insert at 350°F/177°C.
  5. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
