- 4 slices ciabatta bread
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Method: Griddle cooking
- Spread Dijon mustard on bread.
- Layer ham and Swiss cheese.
- Butter outside of bread.
- Set the EGG with a griddle insert at 350°F/177°C.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
