Grilled Fish Tacos with Peach Salsa

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of white fish (tilapia or mahi-mahi)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup diced peaches
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 4 small tortillas

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Rub fish with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Mix peaches, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro for salsa.
  5. Serve grilled fish in tortillas topped with peach salsa.
