Ingredients
- 2 fillets of white fish (tilapia or mahi-mahi)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup diced peaches
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 4 small tortillas
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
- Rub fish with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Mix peaches, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro for salsa.
- Serve grilled fish in tortillas topped with peach salsa.
