Grilled Buffalo Steaks

Ingredients

  • 4 buffalo steaks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the buffalo steaks with the sauce mixture and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
