Grilled Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes, halved
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • Celery stalks, for garnish

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Brush tomatoes and jalapeño with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill for 5-7 minutes until slightly charred.
  4. Blend grilled tomatoes, jalapeño, tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire, and hot sauce.
  5. Serve over ice with a celery stalk garnish.
