Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Indirect grilling

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
  2. Rub chicken with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Grill for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Brush with barbecue sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
