- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Indirect grilling
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
- Rub chicken with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Grill for 30-35 minutes.
- Brush with barbecue sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
