Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup prosciutto, sliced
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

Method: Indirect baking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Roll out pizza dough and spread tomato sauce.
  3. Top with mozzarella and prosciutto.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and top with arugula before serving.
