- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup prosciutto, sliced
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C.
- Roll out pizza dough and spread tomato sauce.
- Top with mozzarella and prosciutto.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with arugula before serving.
