Garlic Cheddar Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Indirect baking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Brush flatbread with butter and sprinkle with garlic, cheese, and seasonings.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
