- 1 pre-made flatbread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 400°F/204°C.
- Brush flatbread with butter and sprinkle with garlic, cheese, and seasonings.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
