Fire Grilled Steak with Steakhouse Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 500°F/260°C.
  2. Rub steaks with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Mix butter with Worcestershire sauce and melt over the steak before serving.
