Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1/2 cup barbecue rub
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Method: Low and slow smoking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
  2. Rub ribs generously with barbecue rub.
  3. Smoke for 3 hours, then wrap in foil with apple juice and honey.
  4. Cook for another 2 hours, then unwrap and brush with barbecue sauce.
  5. Finish cooking for 30 minutes until caramelized.
