Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup barbecue rub
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Method: Low and slow smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
- Rub ribs generously with barbecue rub.
- Smoke for 3 hours, then wrap in foil with apple juice and honey.
- Cook for another 2 hours, then unwrap and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Finish cooking for 30 minutes until caramelized.
