- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C.
- Roll out pizza dough and brush with olive oil.
- Spread tomato sauce, then top with feta, olives, onion, and spinach.
- Sprinkle with oregano and bake for 12-15 minutes.
