Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

Method: Indirect baking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Roll out pizza dough and brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread tomato sauce, then top with feta, olives, onion, and spinach.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano and bake for 12-15 minutes.
