Duck Stir-Fry

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 duck breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Method: Stir-frying

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add duck slices and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Stir in bell pepper, snap peas, and onion, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, tossing to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
