Ingredients
- 2 racks pork spare ribs
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
Method: Indirect smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 275°F/135°C.
- Rub ribs with mustard, then coat with brown sugar and seasonings.
- Smoke for 3 hours.
- Wrap ribs in foil with apple juice and cook for 2 more hours.
- Unwrap, brush with barbecue sauce, and cook for 1 more hour.
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
