Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup BBQ rub
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
Method: Indirect smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
- Rub ribs with mustard and coat with BBQ rub.
- Smoke for 2 hours, then wrap with apple juice, honey, and butter.
- Cook wrapped for another 2 hours.
- Unwrap, glaze with BBQ sauce, and cook for 30 more minutes.
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
