- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Cast iron cooking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
- In a cast-iron skillet, brown the ground beef.
- Add onions and garlic, cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes, beans, and seasonings.
- Simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
