Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub chops with seasoning and olive oil.
  4. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 145°F.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
