Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Brush with marinade and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot.
