Chicken Kebobs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Brush with marinade and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Serve hot.
