- 4 large tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
Method: Indirect grilling
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Brush tomato halves with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Grill for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
