Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup dry rub seasoning
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

Method: Low and slow smoking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
  2. Coat ribs in dry rub and smoke for 3 hours.
  3. Wrap in foil with apple juice and honey, cook for 2 more hours.
  4. Unwrap, brush with barbecue sauce, and cook for another hour.
