Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 cedar plank, soaked in water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Indirect cooking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, mustard, and black pepper.
- Place salmon on the cedar plank.
- Brush with glaze and cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
