Burger Supreme

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup special burger sauce (mayo, ketchup, mustard blend)

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then form into patties.
  3. Grill burgers for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Add cheddar cheese and let melt.
  5. Toast buns on the grill.
  6. Assemble burgers with lettuce, pickles, onions, and sauce.
