Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

Method: Indirect cooking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken and transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Cook for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve with tortilla chips.
