- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
Method: Indirect cooking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder.
- Fold in shredded chicken and transfer to a baking dish.
- Cook for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
- Garnish with green onions and serve with tortilla chips.
