Brisket Burnt Ends

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef brisket point, cubed
  • 2 tbsp barbecue rub
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Method: Indirect smoking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C with wood chunks.
  2. Season brisket cubes with barbecue rub.
  3. Smoke for 3 hours.
  4. Toss in barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and butter.
  5. Return to EGG and smoke for 1 more hour.
  6. Serve hot.
