Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Preheat the EGG to 350°F/177°C for direct cooking.
  2. Cook ham, peppers, and onions in a skillet until softened.
  3. Crack eggs into the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill for 8-10 minutes until eggs are set, then garnish with chives.
