Breakfast Fatty

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked hash browns
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 tbsp BBQ rub

Instructions

Method: Indirect smoking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 275°F/135°C.
  2. Flatten sausage into a rectangle.
  3. Layer cheese, scrambled eggs, and hash browns on top.
  4. Roll into a log and wrap with bacon.
  5. Season with BBQ rub and smoke for 2 hours.
  6. Slice and serve.
