Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 scrambled eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked hash browns
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 tbsp BBQ rub
Instructions
Method: Indirect smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 275°F/135°C.
- Flatten sausage into a rectangle.
- Layer cheese, scrambled eggs, and hash browns on top.
- Roll into a log and wrap with bacon.
- Season with BBQ rub and smoke for 2 hours.
- Slice and serve.
