Ingredients
- 4 beef ribs
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup dark beer
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
Method: Indirect smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 275°F/135°C.
- Season ribs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Smoke for 3 hours.
- Wrap ribs in foil with beer and continue smoking for 2 more hours.
- Unwrap, brush with barbecue sauce, and smoke for another hour.
- Serve hot.
