Bell Pepper Kabobs

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers, any color, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the bell pepper and onion chunks with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the peppers and onions onto the soaked skewers, alternating the vegetables.
  4. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
