- 2 cans baked beans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
Instructions
Method: Indirect cooking
- Preheat the EGG to 325°F/163°C for indirect cooking.
- Cook bacon and onion until crispy in a pan, then mix with baked beans, brown sugar, mustard, molasses, ketchup, and BBQ sauce.
- Place beans in a cast-iron skillet and cook in the EGG for 45-60 minutes, stirring halfway through.
