Ingredients
- 12 pork shanks (\"pig wings\")
- 12 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 tbsp BBQ dry rub
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Method: Indirect grilling
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 300°F/150°C.
- Wrap each pork shank with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Season with BBQ dry rub and place on the grill.
- Smoke for 1.5 hours, flipping occasionally.
- Mix BBQ sauce, honey, and vinegar in a bowl. Brush over pig wings.
- Cook for another 20 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve hot.
